The Production Planning and Procurement Associate, working in concert within the Supply Chain group, is accountable for supporting production planning, procurement activities and general supply chain activities within the Opal Group and their clients. Business Process Analyst

Description:

The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for documenting business processes, identifying areas of potential errors, assessing areas for improvement, submitting enhancement and bug fix requests, testing software improvements, and working with internal user teams and clients to implement process changes. The BPA will understand the impact of such changes on internal and external users to solve process-related problems. The BPA will work with clients, all levels of management and staff, and with Opal's internal development team to ensure the training in, and implementation of, new processes. The BPA must be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members across all departments and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions.

Trade Deductions Supervisor

Description:

The Trade Deduction Supervisor role is responsible for resolving clients' customer deductions and trade payments in an efficient and timely manner while identifying trends in customer behavior and assessing areas for improvement. This role will identify and resolve all types of deductions, including cash discounts, trade promotion expenses, damages and credits, and owns the financial integrity of all deduction-related transactions. He or she will understand the impact of such deductions on revenue, the income statement, and the balance sheet. Major responsibilities include root cause analysis, validation, resolution and reporting of all customer deductions. He or she will assist Accounting in developing and assessing the reasonableness of trade promotion, damage, cash discounts and other accruals. This position also supports Sales and works closely with internal and external customers to ensure the prompt resolution of customer deductions. The Trade Deduction Supervisor must be able to effectively lead a team of deduction processors, communicate with clients, as well as across departments, and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions.

Accounts Receivable Associate - Invoicing and Collections

Description:

The Accounts Receivable Associate position will focus on invoicing and collections. Primary responsibilities involve the preparation of customer invoices as well as collection of payments from customers across multiple clients. This includes, but is not limited to, issuing customer invoices, contacting past due customers for collections via email or phone, maintaining up to date customer contact information, issuing customer statements, and various other accounting duties as assigned.

Supply Chain Associate

Description:

The Supply Chain Associate position is accountable for supporting the supply chain activities for The Opal Group and client companies. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, functions include inventory record keeping, warehouse management, invoice reconciliation, import and export logistics, US-customs clearance, freight coordination, freight claims, production planning, co-packer management, procurement of raw materials, special projects, and prospective client interaction.
